Automatic Transfer Countries definition

Automatic Transfer Countries means Albania, Algeria, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dominica, Egypt, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Malawi, New Caledonia, Palau, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Seychelles, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos.
Automatic Transfer Countries means Albania, Algeria, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Croatia, Dominica, Fiji, French Polynesia, Grenada, Honduras, Jordan, Lesotho, Malawi, Morocco, Mozambique, New Caledonia, Oman, Palau, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles ,The Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos.
Automatic Transfer Countries means France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Designated country means any of the following countries:

  • Reais Transfer Date means each Business Day of each calendar month following a Business Day when, as of the Balance Transfer Time for the Bond Administrator, there are available funds in the Collections Account for allocation in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Domestic septage means either liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, portable toilet, Type III marine sanitation device, or similar treatment works that receives only domestic sewage. Domestic septage does not include liquid or solid material removed from a septic tank, cesspool, or similar treatment works that receives either commercial wastewater or industrial wastewater and does not include grease removed from grease trap at a restaurant.

  • Public transit means a location, including, but not limited to, a bus stop or train station, where the public may access buses, trains, subways, and other forms of transportation that charge set fares, run on fixed routes, and are available to the public.

  • Participating Countries means, collectively, all such countries.”

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Transfer Effective Date shall have the meaning set forth in each Commitment Transfer Supplement.
