Auxiliary Staff definition

Auxiliary Staff means the staff of the Center Based Child Care and Preschool Program who may have contact with children and whose responsibilities do not include care and education of children. This includes, but is not limited to, cooks, janitors, maintenance workers, and other staff not directly responsible for the supervision, care and education of children.
Auxiliary Staff means personnel, except regular senior students and clinical postgraduate trainees, who receive ongoing on-the-job training and who work for or at the direction of a licensed doctor of chiropractic.
Auxiliary Staff means any employee, substitute, volunteer, household member in the case of facilities that are operated in the provider/director’s home, or other person who may or may not provide direct care of children but is not used to meet staff ratios and is not counted in ratios.

The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.
