Availability Rebate definition

Availability Rebate has the meaning given in section 4.1.
Availability Rebate has the meaning given in section 4.1 of Schedule 4. Availability Rebate Percentage has the meaning given in section 4.2 of Schedule 4.

  • Availability Rebate The Availability Rebate for each Support Year during the Support Period is calculated as follows: ESY = PSY x CSY Where: ESY = Availability Rebate for the relevant Support Year; PSY = the Availability Rebate Percentage for the relevant Support Year; and CSY = the Annual Support Amount for the relevant Support Year.

More Definitions of Availability Rebate

Availability Rebate has the meaning given in item 5.3 of Schedule 2 (“Annuity Product terms”). Bid means a ‘dispatch bid’ (as defined in the NER) made in accordance with this agreement and the NER in respect of the Project.

Related to Availability Rebate

  • Availability Block means $15,000,000.

  • Excess Availability means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to Availability minus the aggregate amount, if any, of all trade payables of Borrower and its Subsidiaries aged in excess of historical levels with respect thereto and all book overdrafts of Borrower and its Subsidiaries in excess of historical practices with respect thereto, in each case as determined by Agent in its Permitted Discretion.
