Available Charging Capacity definition

Available Charging Capacity means the amount of Charging Capacity that the Project is capable of providing under this Agreement during any Settlement Interval.
Available Charging Capacity means, for In Front of the Meter Energy Storage Projects only, the amount of Charging Capacity, expressed in MW, that a Storage Unit is capable of providing under this Agreement during any Settlement Interval during a Put Period.
Available Charging Capacity means the amount of Charging Capacity that a Storage Unit is capable of providing under this Agreement during any Settlement Interval during a Put Delivery Period.

Related to Available Charging Capacity

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Available RP Capacity Amount means (i) the amount of Restricted Payments that may be made at the time of determination pursuant to Sections 7.06(d), (g), (h) and (l) minus (ii) the sum of the amount of the Available RP Capacity Amount utilized by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to (A) make Restricted Payments in reliance on Sections 7.06 (g), (h) or (l), (B) incur Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb), (C) make Investments pursuant to Section 7.02(n), (D) incur Indebtedness pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and (E) make prepayments, redemptions, purchases, defeasances and other payments in respect of Junior Financings prior to their scheduled maturity utilizing the Available RP Capacity Amount pursuant to Section 7.13 plus (iii) the aggregate principal amount of Indebtedness prepaid prior to or substantially concurrently at such time, solely to the extent such Indebtedness (A) was secured by Liens pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) or (B) was incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(y) and not secured pursuant to Section 7.01(bb) (it being understood that the amount under this clause (iii) shall only be available for use under Sections 7.01(bb) and/or 7.03(y), as applicable).

  • Charging Period means the charging period applicable to Customer’s Service, as specified on the Order (and if not specified, a monthly Charging Period applies).

  • Charging Year means a year commencing on 1 April;

  • Charging Structure means the structure to be used in the establishment of the charging model which is applicable to each Call Off Agreement, which structure is set out in Framework Schedule 3 (Framework Prices and Charging Structure);

  • recharging point means an interface that is capable of charging one electric vehicle at a time or exchanging a battery of one electric vehicle at a time;

  • Maximum Capacity or ‘Pmax’ means the maximum continuous active power which a power-generating module can produce, less any demand associated solely with facilitating the operation of that power-generating module and not fed into the network as specified in the connection agreement or as agreed between the relevant system operator and the power-generating facility owner;

  • Available Flowgate Capability or “AFC” shall mean the rating of the applicable Flowgate less the projected loading across the applicable Flowgate less TRM and CBM. The firm AFC is calculated with only the appropriate Firm Transmission Service reservations (or interchange schedules) in the model, including recognition of all roll-over Transmission Service rights. Non- firm AFC is determined with appropriate firm and non-firm reservations (or interchange schedules) modeled.

  • Excess capacity means volume or capacity in a duct, conduit, or support structure other than a utility pole or anchor which can be used, pursuant to the orders and regulations of the Commission, for a pole attachment.

  • Available Unused Commitment means, with respect to a Revolving Facility Lender under any Class of Revolving Facility Commitments at any time, an amount equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the amount by which (a) the applicable Revolving Facility Commitment of such Revolving Facility Lender at such time exceeds (b) the applicable Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of such Revolving Facility Lender at such time.

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between: (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays; and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Charging Energy means the amount of Energy withdrawn from the Utility Distribution Company’s electrical system, Participating Transmission Owner’s electrical system or the CAISO Grid to be stored by the Project.”

  • Available Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Committed Capacity means that portion of the Capacity that is required to meet the Capacity Entitlements of Access Holders;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Available Commitment means a Lender’s Commitment minus:

  • charging hours means the period as specified at each parking place on all charging days;

  • Capacity Utilization Factor or “CUF” shall have the same meaning as provided in CERC (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time; However, for avoidance of any doubt, it is clarified that the CUF shall be calculated on the Contracted Capacity; In any Contract Year, if ‘X’ MWh of energy has been metered out at the Delivery Point for ‘Y’ MW Project capacity, CUF= (X MWh/(Y MW*8766)) X100%; Declared CUF for this Project shall be % (to be revised as applicable).

  • Net Qualifying Capacity has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Storage Capacity means any combination of space, injectability and deliverability.

  • Available Commitments shall refer to the aggregate of the Lenders’ Available Commitments hereunder.

  • Available Facility Amount shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(1).

  • Available Credit means, at any time, (a) the then effective Revolving Credit Commitments minus (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.
