Available Unfunded Amount definition

Available Unfunded Amount means, at any time, the lower of (A) the Commitment minus the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Advances and (B) the excess of (x) the product of (i) the Borrowing Base minus the Borrower Liabilities and (ii) the Leverage Multiple over (y) the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Advances. For the avoidance of doubt, no amount calculated pursuant to this definition shall be less than zero.

  • On each day that the Borrower owns Revolving Collateral Loans or Delayed Drawdown Loans with unfunded commitments, the Available Unfunded Amount plus amounts on deposit in the Revolving Reserve Account (the “Revolving Reserve Required Amount”), must be equal to or greater than the aggregate unfunded commitments in respect of all Revolving Collateral Loans and Delayed Drawdown Collateral Loans.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Reference Rate Amendment or an Alternative Reference Rate has been adopted, and the replacement Benchmark is the same benchmark rate currently in effect for determining interest on a Floating Rate Obligation, references to “London interbank offered rate based index” in this definition of Aggregate Funded Spread with respect to such Floating Rate Obligation shall be deemed to be a reference to such benchmark rate that is the same as the Benchmark.
