Average wage definition

Average wage means the average county wage in the county where the Project Site is located or the average regional wage, whichever is lower, as compiled annually by the Department for the Community Economic Betterment Program.

Average wage for a calendar year means the Average Industrial Wage for Canada for September of the preceding calendar year.
