The term “Index” as used in this Lease shall be the “Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (1982-84 = 100), U.S. City Average, All Items,” as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor.
Unless stated otherwise, all parameters used in the calculation of such payments are the Time Weighted Average for a Trading Period.

For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized.
