Pruning means the appropriate removal in accordance with good arboricultural practices of not more than one-third of the live branches or limbs of a tree or more than one-third of the live branches or limbs on a tree as part of a consistent annual pruning program;
Hazing means committing an act against a student, or coercing a student into committing an act, that creates a substantial risk of harm to a person, in order for the student to be initiated into or affiliated with a student organization, or for any other purpose. The term hazing includes, but is not limited to:
Coasting has the meaning given by regulations under subsection (3) of section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 in relation to a school to which that section applies.
Propagation means the reproduction of Regulated Marijuana plants by seeds, cuttings, or grafting.
Congenital Anomaly means a condition(s) which is present since birth, and which is abnormal with reference to form, structure or position.
Dewatering means the removal of water for construction activity. It can be a discharge of appropriated surface or groundwater to dry and/or solidify a construction site. It may require Minnesota Department of Natural Resources permits to be appropriated and if contaminated may require other MPCA permits to be discharged.

Physiotherapist means a health care professional who is registered in the part of the register maintained by the Health Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 (establishment and maintenance of register) relating to physiotherapists and:
rebroadcasting means the simultaneous broadcasting by one broadcasting organisation of the broadcast of another broadcasting organisation.
Behavioral therapy means interactive therapies derived from evidence-based research, including applied behavior analysis, which includes discrete trial training, pivotal response training, intensive intervention programs, and early intensive behavioral intervention.
Stormwater management means the programs to maintain quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.
Fabrication means making up data or results and recording or reporting them.
Cement means a building material that is produced by heating mixtures of limestone and other minerals or additives at high temperatures in a rotary kiln to form clinker, followed by cooling and grinding with blended additives. Finished cement is a powder used with water, sand, and gravel to make concrete and mortar.
Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.

Redevelopment means areas where development is replacing older development.
Bullying means any severe or pervasive physical or verbal act or conduct, including communications made in writing or by means of an electronic act, and including one or more acts committed by a pupil or group of pupils as defined in Section 48900.2, 48900.3, or 48900.4, directed toward one or more pupils that has or can be reasonably predicted to have the effect of one or more of the following:

Medically fragile means the condition of a child who requires the availability of twenty-four-hour skilled care from a health care professional or specially trained staff or volunteers in a group care setting. These conditions may be present all the time or frequently occurring. If the technology, support and services being received by the medically fragile children are interrupted or denied, the child may, without immediate health care intervention, experience death.
Confinement means total or partial confinement.
