Aytu Disclosure Letter definition

Aytu Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated as of the date of this Agreement and delivered by Buyer to Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
Aytu Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter, dated as of the date of this Agreement and delivered by Aytu and Merger Sub to the Target concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
