B usiness means (a) the development, design, technical assistance, manufacture and sale of frits, including crushed frits, incomposto and engobe, milled, granulated, atomized, scaled, microgranules, micronized and digital glazes, inks, and pigments, in each case, for use on ceramic wall tiles, ceramic floor tiles and countertops based on ceramic products and mosaic, and (b) the development, manufacture and sale of the raw materials tinoxide and zircon for use in the ceramic tile industry and other industries, and (c) the development, manufacture and sale of mediums, additives, binders and other auxiliary products for ceramic wall tiles, ceramic floor tiles and countertops based on ceramic products and mosaic. For the avoidance of doubt, except as expressly set forth above, the “Business” shall not include any coatings, colors or inks for use on or within glass substrates or on metal substrates or porcelain enamel or on or within polymers or constructive construction materials such as concrete, concrete fiber boards and rigid PVC and specifically excludes pigments, glasses, frits, glazes, engobes, colors (including decoration colors and glass colors), inks (including digital inks), polymer coatings, additives and raw materials for the following: (i) sanitaryware, kitchenware and laboratory elements;
B usiness means the business of the provision of any of the following services or combination thereof: workforce, human resources and technology solutions, including, without limitation, assisting people on income assistance and/or who are mentally or physically disabled to find suitable employment, human resources consulting to Entities and Government Bodies, and providing technology solutions such as client and case management, and providing information- based employment solutions and e-learning solutions.
B usiness means the alpine ski and snowboard resort operated by the Company known as the Heavenly ski area located in Douglas County, Nevada and Eldorado County, California (the "Resort").
