Suitable employment definition

Suitable employment or "suitable job" means employment or a job:
Suitable employment means employment within the NTPS that the employee is capable of performing and is competent and qualified to perform, having regard to section 5D(2) of the PSEM Act, which must be considered in the context of reasonable training possibilities.
