Background Information Document definition

Background Information Document means the Background Information Document provided to the Operator by the Owner during the bidding process that preceded this Contract;
Background Information Document means the Background Information Document provided to the Contractor by KMDA during the bidding process that preceded this Contract;

The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Updated Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1 hereof.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Requested Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).

  • Provided Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a) hereof.
