Backstop Commitment Agreements definition

Backstop Commitment Agreements means those certain Backstop Commitment Agreements, dated as of April 11, 2018 and as amended on August 3, 2018, by and between the Corporation and each of York Capital Management Global Advisors, LLC, Valinor Management, L.P. and Halcyon Capital Management LP.
Backstop Commitment Agreements means, collectively, the Exit Term Loan Facility Backstop Commitment Agreement (if any) and the Rights Offering Backstop Commitment Agreement (if any).
