Backups. If Licensee is an organization, it may make that number of copies of the Database necessary for internal use within its organization provided that all information appearing in or on the original labels, including the copyright and trademark notices, is copied onto the labels of the copies. Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, lend, time-share, transfer, provide, or provide access to the Database, in whole or in part, to any third party.
