Surety Bond means a bond from a Bond company with a credit rating by AMBEST better than a “B”. The bonding company shall be certified to issue bonds in a state in which this Agreement is approved.
Surety Bonds means surety bonds obtained by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary consistent with market practice and the indemnification or reimbursement obligations of the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in connection therewith.
Bond Insurance Policy means the municipal bond insurance policy, if any, issued by the Bond Insurer that guarantees payment of principal of and interest on the Bonds and constitutes a Bond Facility under the Indenture.
Initial Bond means any Bond issued on the First Issue Date. “Initial Bond Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.1.
Mortgage guaranty insurance means surety insurance under which a mortgagee or other creditor is indemnified against losses caused by the default of a debtor.
Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied
First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.
Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.
Surety Instruments means all letters of credit (including standby and commercial), banker's acceptances, bank guaranties, shipside bonds, surety bonds and similar instruments.
Second Lien Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Bond Agreement means this bond agreement, including any Attachments to which it refers, and any subsequent amendments and additions agreed between the Parties.
Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.
First Mortgage Bonds means bonds issued by the Company pursuant to the Indenture.
School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.
Bond Indenture means, for any series of Bonds, the indenture pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any supplement thereto relating to such Bonds.
Surety Ambac, or its successors in interest, or such other surety as may be identified in the Series Supplement.
bond waiver means an agreement with a developer for the provision of a form of financial security as a substitute for a bond; "calendar year" means the twelve months ending with 31st December;
Primary Mortgage Insurance Policy Any primary mortgage guaranty insurance policy issued in connection with a Mortgage Loan which provides compensation to a Mortgage Note holder in the event of default by the obligor under such Mortgage Note or the related Security Instrument, if any or any replacement policy therefor through the related Interest Accrual Period for such Class relating to a Distribution Date.
Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.
Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:
Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.
Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.
Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).
