Annual Balanced Budget means that, in each Funding Year of the term of this Agreement, the total revenues of the HSP are greater than or equal to the total expenses, from all sources, of the HSP;
Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.
Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.
Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.
Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.
Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:
Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
Operational Plan means a Forest Stewardship Plan, Woodlot Licence Plan, a Range Use Plan, or Range Stewardship Plan, as those terms are defined in provincial forest and range legislation;
CapEx Budget means the annual budget covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Discretionary Capital Expenditures.
Budget Year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic
Annual Plan means the annual plan of the Trust which is prepared in accordance with clause 9.1;
financial recovery plan means a plan prepared in terms of section 141 of the MFMA
Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.
Budget unit means the unit for which the ANB of a district is calculated separately pursuant to 20-9-311.
Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the
DIP Budget means a projected statement of sources and uses of cash for the Borrower and the Guarantors on a weekly basis for the following 13 calendar weeks. As used herein, “DIP Budget” shall initially refer to the initial 13-week projection delivered in accordance with Section 6.2 and thereafter shall refer to the most recent 13-week projection delivered by the Borrower in accordance with Section 9.1(c).
Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
Approved Budget means an annual budget-
EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.
Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.
Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.
Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Plan Schedule means the key terms applicable to Plans as set, and as may be varied by Us, from time to time in its absolute discretion without notice to You;
