BALC Equipment. The Equipment specifically set forth on Exhibit 1.1(a) hereto, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time by the Borrowers, with the consent of the Administrative Agent.

  • Encumbrances on the BALC Equipment solely to the extent securing the BALC Indebtedness.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.
