Band Land definition

Band Land means all real property which is held in trust for the benefit of the Band or owned in fee by the Band upon which a Development is located.
Band Land means the lands located and occupied by the Mowachaht/Muchalaht First Nations at Tsaxana Indian Reserve 18.
Band Land means all lands now held or hereafter acquired in trust by the United States of America for the benefit of the Band.
