Bank Group Members definition

Bank Group Members means collectively, the Bank, any holding company of the Bank and any subsidiary, associated or affiliated company of the Bank;

Bank Group Members means the Bank, its ultimate holding companies, the subsidiaries and affiliates of the Bank or of its ultimate holding companies and all associated companies (being companies in which an equity interest is held by any of the foregoing);

• Different online services and Standard Bank Group Members may have their own privacy and security policies because the nature of a specific service or product made available by them demands a deviation from our general policy.

• Such privacy and security policies of Standard Bank Group Members will apply to and exclusively govern your use of the particular online service provided by that Standard Bank Group Member.

• The Client agrees that the Bank may at its discretion make payments to other EFG Bank Group Members out of the Charges or spreads which the Client pays to the Bank.
