The Customer consents and agrees that the Bank Group Members may withhold from the Account such amounts as the domestic or overseas regulators, tax or other competent authorities may from time to time require in accordance with all Applicable Laws including, and without limitation, the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act.
Different online services and Standard Bank Group Members may have their own privacy and security policies because the nature of a specific service or product made available by them demands a deviation from our general policy.
