Bank Guarantor definition

Bank Guarantor has the meaning set forth in the recitals and includes any successor guarantor under the Guaranty.
Bank Guarantor means Credit Suisse, a corporation established under the laws of, and duly licensed as a bank in, Switzerland, until a successor Person replaces it pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture and thereafter means such successor Person.
Bank Guarantor means any Subsidiary of the Company as may from time to time become a guarantor under the Bank Credit Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Credit Agreement.
