Bank of America Agreement definition

Bank of America Agreement means the Fourth Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2021, by and among the Loan Parties, certain lenders from time to time party thereto, and Bank of America, as Agent, as in effect on the Restatement Date.
