Bank of America Revolving Credit Agreement definition

Bank of America Revolving Credit Agreement means the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of August 16, 2019, between the Authority and Bank of America, N.A., as amended, supplemented, modified or restated from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Bank of America Revolving Credit Agreement means the revolving credit agreement between the Company, Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, as Administrative Agent, and certain other lenders pursuant to which the lenders thereunder provide credit facilities to the Company in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $225,000,000 and any extension, renewal, refunding or refinancing thereof.
