Bank Purchase Date means, with respect to a Series of Bonds, (i) during the Initial Period, the Initial Bank Purchase Date, (ii) during any Index Rate Period other than the Initial Period, the date designated by the Authority pursuant to Section 2.03(i)(2) and (iii) during any Index Rate Period, the date which is not less than ten calendar days (or if such tenth calendar day is not a Business Day, the next Business Day) after the date on which the Trustee receives written notice from the Bank under an Agreement which (x) advises the Trustee of the occurrence and continuance of an "Event of Default" under and as defined in such Agreement and (y) directs the Trustee to cause a mandatory tender of the Bonds of the particular Series to which such Agreement relates by reason of such "Event of Default."
Bank Purchase Date means the earlier of (i) August 31, 2021, or (ii) a Conversion Date (as defined in the Series 2012B Supplemental Trust Agreement).

Bank Purchase Date means, with respect to each 2002 Series B Bond purchased by the Bank(s) (or any nominee or nominees thereof) pursuant to clause (b) of subsection 1 of Section 3.11, the date of such purchase.
