LIBOR Index Rate Period definition

LIBOR Index Rate Period means (a) the Initial Period and (b) each period thereafter from and including a LIBOR Index Rate Conversion Date to but excluding the earlier of (i) the immediately succeeding Index Interest Rate Mandatory Purchase Date and (ii) the Maturity Date.
LIBOR Index Rate Period means (a) the Initial Period with respect to each Series of Bonds and (b) each period thereafter from and including a LIBOR Index Rate Conversion Date to but excluding the earliest of (i) the immediately succeeding Bank Purchase Date, (ii) the immediately succeeding Conversion Date and (iii) the stated maturity date of the applicable Bonds; provided, however that the LIBOR Index Rate Period shall not include the Amortization Period.
LIBOR Index Rate Period means, with respect to LIBOR Notes, the period from and including the date of issuance of such LIBOR Notes to but excluding the Maturity Date. month.

Examples of LIBOR Index Rate Period in a sentence

  • The Calculation Agent shall determine the LIBOR Index Rate on each Computation Date during the LIBOR Index Rate Period, and such rate shall become effective on the LIBOR Index Reset Date next succeeding the Computation Date and interest at such rate shall accrue each day during such LIBOR Index Rate Period, commencing on and including the first day of such period to but excluding the last day of such period.

  • During each LIBOR Index Rate Period, the Bonds shall, subject to subsection (3) of this Section 2.03(b), bear interest at the LIBOR Index Rate.
