Bank Purchaser means Citibank, N.A.
Bank Purchaser means any Cost of Funds Bank Purchaser or LIBOR Bank Purchaser which has a Commitment as set forth in its respective Joinder Supplement and any Assignee of such Purchaser to the extent of the portion of such Commitment assumed by such Assignee pursuant to its respective Transfer Supplement (so long as the Commitments are in effect).
