Bareboat Agreement definition

Bareboat Agreement means each of the bareboat charters entered into by the Charterers set out in Schedule 2 (Bareboat Agreements) as the same may have been or may be amended from time to time.
Bareboat Agreement means the bareboat charter lease agreement originally dated 1 June 2017 (as amended from time to time) and made between the Issuer (as owner) and the Operator (as charterer) for the bare charter of the Barge.

  • The Owner and Operator assume no responsibility for weather conditions that may arise or occur during the term of this Bareboat Agreement and all rates and agreements shall continue in full force and effect.
