Base Building Plans means construction plans and specifications for the Base Building.

  • Tenant and Architect shall verify, in the field, the dimensions and conditions as shown on the relevant portions of the Base Building Plans, and Tenant and Architect shall be solely responsible for the same, and Landlord shall have no responsibility in connection therewith.

More Definitions of Base Building Plans

Base Building Plans means the plans and specifications for the Base Building Work, to be prepared by Tenant’s Architect as provided in Section 3.1(b).
Base Building Plans shall refer to such plans as amended pursuant to the terms of this Work Letter.
Base Building Plans means the plans and specifications for the Base Building Work that shall be developed as provided herein and upon completion shall be listed on Schedule I annexed to and made a part of this Workletter.

The base building improvements shall be deemed complete upon certification by Lessor's architect or contractor that such improvements are substantially complete excluding punch list items, the completion or correction of which will not materially interfere with the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
Base Building Plans means the outline building plans listed in the drawings schedule annexed to this Agreement as Annexure 4 and identified in bundles initialled by the parties as the same may be modified, supplemented or added to from time to time in accordance with this Agreement
