Base Capacity definition

Base Capacity means the capacity of 130 MW (AC) being bid out in terms of this RfS.
Base Capacity has the meaning set forth in Schedule 2.1.2.
Base Capacity means the PS Rate supported by WORLDSPAN for the MICROSOFT System.

Examples of Base Capacity in a sentence

  • For the purpose of determining the accrued duration of Base Capacity Interruption Hours (as indicated under column 4 in Section C of this Agreement), designated Emergency Interruption hours will be considered Base Capacity Interruption Hours until the maximum total duration of Base Capacity Interruption Hours has been reached for the TVA Fiscal Year.

  • The amount of Base Capacity Interruption Hours under the selection in column 4 of Section C above, available to TVA during the period from the Effective Date to September 30, 2024, will be reduced by the amount of Economic Interruption hours (as defined in the IP Product Agreement) used by TVA during the WA Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2023, in accordance with Section D of the IP Product Agreement, if any.

  • If TVA does not use any Base Capacity Interruption Hours in the TVA Fiscal Year, unused hours will not carry over to the next TVA Fiscal Year.

  • Base Capacity Interruption Hours will reset each TVA Fiscal Year, with the full selected amount becoming available to TVA for Capacity Interruptions each October 1.

  • The total duration of Capacity Interruptions during any TVA Fiscal Year will not exceed the amount of the selected Base Capacity Interruption Hours.


More Definitions of Base Capacity

Base Capacity used in this Agreement shall mean the annualized run rate that TSMC commits to provide to Customer as set forth in Exhibit B.
