Base Customers definition

Base Customers means the Pathway Network Customers listed in the separate Schedule of Pathway Network Customers as of May 31, 2005 delivered to Retailer at the time of signing this Agreement.

  • Until such time as the transition is Confidential Treatment Requested and the Redacted Material has been separately filed with the Commission completed, ICS shall serve as agent for IDT in collecting amounts due IDT for providing Internet access to the ICS Base Customers or any other customers of IDT designated by IDT.

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue.
