Base funding amount definition

Base funding amount means the $1 billion of funding that Bharti Global Limited and the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy have agreed to provide Plan Sponsor in order to consummate the Transaction and address the funding requirements of the Company Parties and Reorganized Company Party on the Effective Date and going forward as it may be increased by any further equity subscriptions to BidCo on or prior to the Effective Date.
