Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;
RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Share Charge shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.06.
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.
Water Infrastructure Charge means such a charge as is described in section 146(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991;
