Base Loan definition

Base Loan means any Loan for which the rate of interest is determined by reference to the Base Rate;
Base Loan means a Loan made hereunder and specified to be an Base Loan in accordance with Article 2.

  • VA or USDA/RD Loans The Base Loan Amount cannot exceed the appraised value, and cannot exceed THDA’s Acquisition Cost limit for the county in which the property is located.

  • Interest on each Alternate Base Loan shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date applicable thereto.

  • A fee up to 2% of the Base Loan Amount is permissible, and is paid to the Originating Agent.

  • The terms and conditions of the Loan are more particularly set forth in that certain Amended and Restated Revolving Line of Credit Loan Agreement (Borrowing Base Loan) dated as of September 16, 2004, by and between Borrower and Lender (as the same has been and may be further amended from time to time, “Loan Agreement”).

  • If the Desired Drawdown Date is the last Business Day of the month, or if the corresponding day of the Desired Drawdown Date does not exist in the last month of the Base Loan Term, the Due Date shall be the last Business Day of that month.

  • If the Company shall fail to give the Administrative Agent the notice as specified above for continuation or conversion of a Eurodollar Loan prior to the end of the Interest Period with respect thereto, such Eurodollar Loan shall automatically be converted into an Alternate Base Loan on the last day of the Interest Period for such Eurodollar Loan.

  • The Borrower may not designate a Base Loan Term beyond the Expiration Date.

Related to Base Loan

  • RFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR.

  • Permitted Advance means an advance of funds by the Assuming Bank with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan, or the making of a legally binding commitment by the Assuming Bank to advance funds with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan, that (i) in the case of such an advance, is actually made, and, in the case of such a commitment, is made and all of the proceeds thereof actually advanced, within one (1) year after the Commencement Date, (ii) does not cause the sum of (A) the book value of such Shared-Loss Loan as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Assuming Bank after any such advance has been made by the Assuming Bank plus (B) the unfunded amount of any such commitment made by the Assuming Bank related thereto, to exceed 110% of the Book Value of such Shared-Loss Loan, (iii) is not made with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan with respect to which (A) there exists a related Shared-Loss Loan Commitment or (B) the Assuming Bank has taken a Charge-Off and (iv) is made in good faith, is supported at the time it is made by documentation in the Credit Files and conforms to and is in accordance with the applicable requirements set forth in Article III of this Commercial Shared- Loss Agreement and with the then effective written internal credit policy guidelines of the Assuming Bank; provided, that the limitations in subparagraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) of this definition shall not apply to any such action (other than to an advance or commitment related to the remediation, storage or final disposal of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant) that is taken by Assuming Bank in its reasonable discretion to preserve or secure the value of the collateral for such Shared-Loss Loan.

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • Non Pro Rata Loan is defined in Section 9.2 hereof.

  • PPP Loan means the loan in principal amount of $673,184 issued to the Company by the PPP Lender pursuant to the promissory note dated April 20, 2020.

  • PIK Loan means a Loan that permits the Obligor thereon to defer or capitalize any portion of the accrued interest thereon.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.

  • MOM Loan With respect to any Mortgage Loan, MERS acting as the mortgagee of such Mortgage Loan, solely as nominee for the originator of such Mortgage Loan and its successors and assigns, at the origination thereof.

  • Buydown Loan A Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgage Interest Rate has been subsidized through a Buydown Fund provided at the time of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Funding Loan means the Funding Loan in the original maximum principal amount of $ made by Funding Lender to Governmental Lender under the Funding Loan Agreement, the proceeds of which are used by the Governmental Lender to make the Borrower Loan.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Committed Advance means an advance made by a Lender to a Borrower as part of a Committed Borrowing and refers to a Base Rate Advance or a Eurodollar Rate Committed Advance, each of which is a “Type” of Committed Advance.

  • Permitted Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Term Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Overadvance Loan means a Base Rate Loan made when an Overadvance exists or is caused by the funding thereof.

  • SOFR Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on Adjusted Term SOFR, other than pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of “Base Rate”.

  • Original Loan shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • CD Loan means a Committed Loan which bears interest at a CD Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.

  • Collateral Loan means a Senior Secured Loan, a Senior Secured Bond, a First Lien/Last Out Loan or a Second Lien Loan or a Participation Interest in any Senior Secured Loan, First Lien/Last Out Loan or Second Lien Loan that as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower meets each of the following criteria:

  • Domestic Rate Loan means any Advance that bears interest based upon the Alternate Base Rate.

  • Existing Loan means the loan identified on Exhibit H.
