Base Rate Interest definition

Base Rate Interest has the meaning specified in Section 2.04(a)(i).
Base Rate Interest means Interest at an annual rate equal to the base rate of HSBC Bank plc (or if that rate ceases to be published such other comparable rate of interest as the Landlord shall reasonably specify) from time to time;
Base Rate Interest means interest on the Note at the Base Rate or the ------------------ Default Rate, as applicable, then due and payable for the applicable Debt Service Period.

  • If such notice is given, the Loan, commencing with the first (1st) day of the next succeeding Interest Accrual Period, shall be converted to a Base Rate Loan bearing interest based on the Base Rate Interest Rate in effect on the related Determination Date, and thereafter the Interest Rate shall be the Base Rate Interest Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Interest Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Issue Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, and each successive period beginning on (and including) a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date.

  • Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.

The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.
