Examples of Base Rent Payment Date in a sentence
If the Destruction in clause (i) above was because of a Taking, Tenant may elect, by written notice to Landlord within thirty (30) days after such Taking, to terminate this Lease on any Base Rent Payment Date specified by Tenant in such notice, which date shall not be earlier than the first Base Rent Payment Date occurring at least thirty (30) days after the date of such notice and not later than the third (3rd) Base Rent Payment Date occurring after the date of Tenant’s notice.
Each such payment of Rent shall be made via ACH transfer for value in Federal Funds on each Base Rent Payment Date to Landlord or to such other party, pursuant to instructions delivered to Tenant from time to time at such address as Landlord may direct by fifteen (15) days' prior written notice to Tenant.
Base Rent payable pursuant to this paragraph on each Sublease Base Rent Payment Date shall equal the aggregate amount of principal and interest required to be paid on such date with respect to the Certificates.
