In the event a Lessee Nonappropriation occurs for either the City or the School District, the Lessee for which such nonappropriation has not occurred shall thereafter appropriate for the balance of the amounts needed to pay all Base Rentals coming due on the succeeding Base Rental Payment Date and any Additional Rentals for the then-current Renewal Term or a Lessee Nonappropriation shall occur with respect to such remaining Lessee as well.
Each Base Rental Payment shall be made no later than the Base Rental Payment Date on which such Base Rental Payment is due.
