The County agrees to pay to the Authority, as Base Rental Payments for the use and occupancy of the Facilities (subject to the provisions of Sections 3.04, 3.06 and 7.01 of this Facilities Lease) annual rental payments with principal and interest components, the interest components being payable semi-annually, in accordance with the Base Rental Payment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part hereof.

The City shall pay the Base Rental Payments to the Authority or to the Trustee, as hereinafter provided, in accordance with the Base Rental Payment Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B, less any amounts credited against the Base Rental Payments pursuant to Section 4.02(d) of the Indenture.
The Lessee understands that the Base Rental Payment Schedule attached hereto as Schedule I may be revised from time to time based on the redemption of Bonds or the issuance of any Additional Bonds allowed under Section 213 of the Indenture.
