Base Rental Rate definition

Base Rental Rate means for any Calculation Period the quotient of (a) the Base Rent payable with respect to such Calculation Period divided by (b) the Landlord's Total Investment for such Calculation Period.
Base Rental Rate. The base rental rate during the extended term shall be $6,750.00 per month.
