Base Services Special Tax definition

Base Services Special Tax means, for any Land Use Category, the per-square foot Services Special Tax for square footage within such Land Use Category, as identified in Section C.2b below.
Base Services Special Tax means, for any Land Use Category, the applicable Services Special Tax identified in Table 2 in Section C.2b below, as Adjusted.
Base Services Special Tax means, for any Square Footage Category, the per-square foot Services Special Tax for Square Footage within such Square Footage Category, as identified in Table 3 in Section C below.

Examples of Base Services Special Tax in a sentence

  • Services Special Tax Based on the Expected Land Uses determined pursuant to Section C.2a above, and using the Base Services Special Taxes shown in Table 2 below, the Administrator shall calculate the Estimated Base Services Special Tax Revenues for the Block(s) included within the Vertical Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

Related to Base Services Special Tax

  • Maximum Special Tax means the maximum Special Tax, determined in accordance with Section C below, that can be levied in any Fiscal Year on any Assessor’s Parcel.
