Square Footage Category definition

Square Footage Category means one of the four different categories of Single Family Property for which a Special Tax amount is set forth in Table 1 in Section C below.
Square Footage Category means, individually, Market-Rate Residential Square Footage, Office Square Footage, and Excess Exempt Square Footage.
Square Footage Category means, individually, Non-Residential Square Footage or Residential Square Footage.

Examples of Square Footage Category in a sentence

  • Based on the estimated Average Sales Price that the Town and CMFA determine to be appropriate for each Square Footage Category (which may be determined pursuant to an Independent Price Point Study), the Administrator shall reduce the Special Tax to the point at which the Total Tax Burden is estimated to equal 1.80% of the Average Sales Price for each Square Footage Category.

  • If the First Bond Sale has taken place, the Administrator shall apply the remainder of this Section D.3.If the Maximum Special Tax that would apply to Leasehold Interests in the Parcel after the Land Use Change is greater than the Maximum Special Tax that applied to Leasehold Interests in the Parcel prior to the Land Use Change, the Administrator shall increase the Maximum Special Tax for the Parcel to the amount calculated for each new Square Footage Category.

  • Under no circumstances shall the Maximum Special Tax on Leasehold Interests in any Parcel of Developed Property be reduced, regardless of changes in Square Footage Category or square footage on the Parcel, including reductions in square footage that may occur due to demolition, fire, water damage, or acts of God.

  • Such reduction shall be made without a vote of the qualified Improvement Area No. 1 electors following discussion with the developers/builders and a determination by the Town and CMFA that the Total Tax Burden on one or more of the Square Footage Categories may, without a reduction, exceed a Total Tax Burden of 1.80% of the Average Sales Price for the Square Footage Category.

Related to Square Footage Category

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Gross Floor Area means the total floor area, measured between the outside of exterior walls or between the outside of exterior walls and the centre line of party walls dividing the building from another building, of all floors above the average level of finished ground adjoining the building at its exterior walls;

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
