Baseline Project definition

Baseline Project means a mixed-use residential and commercial project containing 711,000 gross square feet of floor area (including at grade or above ground structured parking) of which a minimum of 150,000 gross square feet must be dedicated to retail and office use.
Baseline Project means the Community-Based Rural Development Project, the Development Credit Agreement No. 3436 BUR of June 7, 2001, between the Recipient and the Association;

  • In addition to the street and roads requirements set forth in the Project Approvals and required as part of the Baseline Project Features and EIR mitigation measures, the Developer will make financial contributions toward additional transportation, bicycle and pedestrian improvements set forth in Exhibit F.
