Basic Configuration definition

Basic Configuration means the following elements defining the Project as set forth in this Exhibit 1 and depicted on the Schematic Design:

Basic Configuration has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 to this DBA. Capital Maintenance Agreement means that certain Capital Maintenance Agreement executed by TxDOT and DB Contractor for DB Contractor to perform maintenance for the Project. Capital Maintenance Contract Documents or CMC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement.

Examples of Basic Configuration in a sentence

  • The Work includes all design, engineering, procurement, construction and other services and items that are necessary or appropriate to design, construct, execute and complete the Project in conformance with the Basic Configuration as set forth in the Schematic Design and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • DB Contractor shall be entitled to an increase in the Price due to a Necessary Basic Configuration Change only as provided in Section 4.6.9.6 of the General Conditions and subject to the requirements of Section 4.6 of the General Conditions, unless otherwise specified in this Section 6.6.

  • The Contractor is not required to conform to the drawings included in the Reference Documents except to the extent defined by the Basic Configuration description set forth in Book 2, Section 1, and to the extent specifically incorporated in the Contract Documents, although such documents contain design solutions and other information the Proposer may find valuable in meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • If the Proposer’s Contract Price for the Basic Configuration is more than the CDOT Upset Amount, AREs shall not be included in the Proposal.

  • Project plans for the Basic Configuration shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with Section 5.

  • However, the Basic Configuration as described in Book 2, Section 1 is a Contract requirement and shall be adhered to except to the extent that it is superseded by pre-Approved ACCs under this Section.

  • If an ARE(s) or portions of the ARE(s) are included in the Proposer’s Price, the ARE(s) or portions of the ARE(s) shall be incorporated into the Basic Configuration as described in Book 2, Section 1, and shall become the Proposer’s Basic Configuration.


More Definitions of Basic Configuration

Related to Basic Configuration

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
