Basic Configuration definition

Basic Configuration means the following elements defining the Project as set forth in this Exhibit 1 and depicted on the Schematic Design:
Basic Configuration has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 to this DBA. Capital Maintenance Agreement means that certain Capital Maintenance Agreement executed by TxDOT and DB Contractor for DB Contractor to perform maintenance for the Project. Capital Maintenance Contract Documents or CMC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the Capital Maintenance Agreement.
Basic Configuration means the following elements defining the Project as reflected on the Schematic Design and in the document entitled “Oak Hill Parkway Cross Street Matrix” included in the RIDs:

Examples of Basic Configuration in a sentence

  • DB Contractor’s design shall consist of widening main lane pavement as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration.

  • Ramps shall be removed and/or reconstructed as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration.

  • DB Contractor shall be entitled to an increase in the Price due to a Necessary Basic Configuration Change only as provided in Section 4.6.9.6 of the General Conditions and subject to the requirements of Section 4.6 of the General Conditions, unless otherwise specified in this Section 6.6.

  • DB Contractor’s design shall consist of widening bridges as needed to accommodate the Basic Configuration.

  • The Work includes all design, engineering, procurement, construction and other services and items that are necessary or appropriate to design, construct, execute and complete the Project in conformance with the Basic Configuration as set forth in the Schematic Design and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.

  • Should there be a discrepancy in the requirements noted from the Schematic Design and the “Southeast Connector Geometric Design Criteria Matrix” shown in the RIDs, the Basic Configuration shall include the most stringent requirements.

Related to Basic Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.
