Basic Loan Payments definition

Basic Loan Payments means the loan payments payable by the Company to the Issuer, described under the subheading “Basic Loan Payments” in the Loan Agreement and the Promissory Notes.
Basic Loan Payments shall have such meaning as set forth in Section 4.2 of the Loan Agreement.
Basic Loan Payments shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.8 hereof.

More Definitions of Basic Loan Payments

Basic Loan Payments means (i) the payments made by the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.4 of the Loan Agreement, (ii) any other payments made by the Company pursuant to the Loan Agreement to provide for the payment of the principal of and the interest and premium (if any) on the Bonds (other than the aforesaid moneys payable pursuant to Section 3.4 of the Loan Agreement), and (iii) any other payments made by the Company pursuant to the Loan Agreement that are referred to herein as Basic Loan Payments.
Basic Loan Payments means the amounts payable by the Company pursuant to Section 4.2(a) of the Loan Agreement. Bond shall mean the Original Bond, as amended and restated by the Amended and Restated Bond delivered pursuant to this Amended and Restated Financing Agreement.

  • Loan Payments means the amounts required to be paid by the Company in repayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof.

The Borrower shall indemnify the Collateral Agent for any losses relating to such investments in Cash Equivalents so that the amount available to prepay Eurodollar Loans on the last day of the applicable Interest Periods is not less than the amount that would have been available had no investments been made pursuant thereto. Other than any interest or profits earned on such investments, the Prepayment Accounts shall not bear interest. Interest or profits, if any, on the investments in any Prepayment Account shall accumulate in such Prepayment Account until all outstanding Loans of any applicable Class with respect to which amounts have been deposited in the Prepayment Accounts have been prepaid in full, at which time so much thereof as is not required to make payment of the Senior Credit Obligations which have become due and payable (whether by scheduled maturity, acceleration or otherwise) shall be withdrawn by the Collateral Agent on the next Business Day following the day on which the Collateral Agent considers the funds deposited therein to be collected funds and disbursed to the Borrower or its order. If the maturity of the Loans has been accelerated pursuant to Section 8.02, the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, cause the Collateral Agent to withdraw amounts on deposit in the Prepayment Account for the applicable Class of Loans and, subject to Section 8.03, apply such funds to satisfy the Senior Credit Obligations of the applicable Class or Classes.

  • Payments of Principal and Interest Payments of Principal and Interest. Promptly after each Regular Record Date, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written notice specifying by CUSIP number the amount of interest, if any, to be paid on each Global Note on the following Interest Payment Date (other than an Interest Payment Date coinciding with a Maturity Date) and the total of such amounts. DTC will confirm the amount payable on each Global Note on such Interest Payment Date by reference to the daily bond reports published by Standard & Poor's. On such Interest Payment Date, the Company will pay to the Trustee, and the Trustee in turn will pay to DTC, such total amount of interest due (other than on the Maturity Date), at the times and in the manner set forth below under "Manner of Payment". If any Interest Payment Date for any Note is not a Business Day, the payment due on such day shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day and no interest shall accrue on such payment for the period from and after such Interest Payment Date.

  • Amortization Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • Advance Interest Amount means interest payable on Advances, as specified in the Servicing Agreement or Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).
