Basin means a groundwater basin or subbasin identified and defined in Bulletin 118 or as modified pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 10722).
Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;
Summit means the Summit of the Heads of State or Government of SADC established by Article 9 of this Treaty;
Pioneer or the "Company" means Pioneer Natural Resources Company and its subsidiaries.
Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;
Gold means (i) Physical Gold held by the Custodian or any Sub-Custodian under this Agreement and/or (ii) any credit to an account, including a Fund Unallocated Account, on an Unallocated Basis, as the context requires.
Rock means the body of consolidated or partially consolidated material composed of minerals at or below the land surface. Rock includes bedrock and partially weathered rock that is hard and cannot be dug with hand tools. The upper boundary of rock is "saprolite," "soil," or the land surface.
Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.
River means a flowing body of water or a portion or tributary of a flowing body of water, including streams, creeks, or impoundments and small lakes thereon.
Shoreline means the upper reaches of the wash of the waves, other than storm and seismic waves, at high tide during the season of the year in which the highest wash of the waves occurs, usually evidenced by the edge of vegetation growth, or the upper limit of debris left by the wash of the waves.
Silver means elemental silver having an atomic weight of 107.869 and the chemical element symbol of Ag, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.
Spring means a source of water where an aquifer comes in contact with the ground surface.
Mill means the steel rolling mill or xxxxx to be erected on the works site.
Quarry means a pit, excavation, or other place made by any means for the purpose of removing Construction Materials or a site identified for such purposes, and includes works, machinery, plants, and buildings below or above ground belonging to or used in connection with a Quarry.
Tree means any object of natural growth.
Forestland means land primarily devoted to growing trees
STAR means Star Cruises Limited of Canon’s Court, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 00, Bermuda;
CREST means the system for the paperless settlement of trades and the holding of uncertificated securities operated by EUI in accordance with the Uncertificated Regulations, as amended from time to time.
Keystone means Keystone Underwriting Pty Ltd ABN 78 601 944 763 as Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 000468712) of Keystone Underwriting Australia Pty Ltd ABN 59 634 715 674 AFSL 518224 which is acting on behalf of Underwriters.
Bay means parking bay;
Edge of any water means the outer edge of the water's bankfull width or, where applicable, the outer edge of the associated channel migration zone.
Greenfield means land not developed beyond agricultural, range, or forestry use.
Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved
