BC Hydro System Constraint definition

BC Hydro System Constraint means any outage, suspension, constraint or curtailment in the
BC Hydro System Constraint means any outage, suspension, constraint or curtailment in the operation of the BC Hydro System preventing or limiting deliveries of Energy to the Buyer at the POI.
