Except for the Purchased Shares, the SP1 Securities, the SP2 Securities and the Bezeq Shares, none of the BComm Companies, directly or indirectly, beneficially or of record, owns any Equity Securities of the Company or any of its subsidiaries (including Bezeq and its subsidiaries).
