  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who Sells, offers for Sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products, or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things.   • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.

  • Director Fees means the total compensation (including annual retainer and meeting fees, if any) paid by the Corporation to a Director in a calendar year for service on the Board;

  • Beer retailer means a business that:

  • Marketing Fee means the fees paid by Home Credit to Dealer/Provider to support the use of Home Credit’s Product;

  • Retainer means the annual cash retainer and the additional cash retainer for committee chairs payable to a Director as established from time to time by the Board of Directors; provided, however, that the term “Retainer” shall not include that portion of the annual cash retainer as to which a right exists to make an election under, or for which a prior election is in effect under, the Terms and Conditions Regarding the Grant of Options in Lieu of Cash Directors Fees to Non-Employee Directors Under 2011 Equity Incentive Plan of Manpower Inc. (the “Option Terms”) or the Procedures Governing the Grant of Options to Non-Employee Directors Under the 1994 Executive Stock Option and Restricted Stock Plan of Manpower Inc. (the “Option Procedures”).

  • Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Franchise Fee means a direct or indirect payment to purchase or operate a franchise. Franchise fee does not include any of the following:

  • Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10(a).

It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Annual Membership Fee shall have the meaning specified in the Credit Card Agreement applicable to each Account for annual membership fees or similar terms.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Marketing Costs which means such reasonable charge for marketing of ores and concentrates sold or of concentrates tolled as is consistent with generally accepted industry marketing practices;
