Beneficiary Register definition

Beneficiary Register means the register maintained pursuant to Section 6.3, providing for the registration of the beneficial interests and transfers and exchanges thereof.
Beneficiary Register means a register maintained by the Liquidating Trustee containing the name, address and claim amount or percentage interest of each Beneficiary of the Trust.
Beneficiary Register means a register which records the particulars of Beneficiaries or groups of Beneficiaries that have received, or have benefitted from Distributions made by the Trustees;

  • primary beneficiary means the individual for whose primary benefit the trust is then held. For purposes of Section 8.3, a Qualified Entity is a member of each Family Group to which such one or more Qualified Trusts that are its equity holders belong.

  • Stock Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Corporation by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the AMPS.

  • Registered Plans means, collectively, trusts governed by registered retirement savings plans, registered retirement income funds, registered disability savings plans, deferred profit sharing plans, tax-free savings accounts and registered education savings plans.

  • Submittal Register means a list provided by Contractor of all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner and as identified in the Contract Documents including anticipated sequence and submittal dates.

  • Beneficiary Designation Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Executive completes, signs, and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate one or more Beneficiaries.

  • Registered domestic partner means an individual joined in a domestic partnership that is registered by a county clerk in accordance with ORS 106.300 to 106.340.

  • Income beneficiary means a person to whom net income of a trust is or may be payable.
