Beneficiary Withdrawal Notice definition

Beneficiary Withdrawal Notice means a notice substantially in the form of the specimen notice attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A. The term “control” (including the related terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”) shall mean the ownership, directly or indirectly, of more than 10% of the voting stock of a corporation.
