Benefit Check definition

Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to the Settlement Class Members pursuant to Section 4 herein.
Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to eligible Class Members pursuant to paragraphs 3.01 through 3.05 below.
Benefit Check means the negotiable check(s) to be sent to the Settlement 2 Class Members pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 herein.

More Definitions of Benefit Check

Benefit Check means the check to be sent to those Class Members who submit a Valid Claim Form and who shall receive consideration under paragraph 15.3 below.
