Class Settlement Fund definition

Class Settlement Fund means the fund that will be established and maintained to resolve the claims at issue, as described in Section III.A. below, and which is intended to be a qualified settlement fund within the meaning of Internal Revenue Code § 468B and Treasury Regulation § 1.468B-1.
Class Settlement Fund has the meaning described in Article III of the Class Settlement Agreement.
